Describe the bug

In my latest attempt to run the GCG notebook it simply hung forever.

Steps/Code to Reproduce

Run the notebook doc\code\auxiliary_attacks\1_gcg_azure_ml.ipynb

    I have started looking into this because it requires quite a bit of infrastructure. A few image updates were required but somehow sentencepiece (the dependency) is not recognized despite being installed. This needs more investigation.
