Where should release-verification documentation questions be directed? #4856

I’m looking for the project’s published guidance for verifying the Zstandard v1.5.7 annotated tag and the zstd-1.5.7.tar.gz release archive. The contribution guide describes bug reporting, and I’m unsure where an ordinary documentation question should go.

Is this tracker an appropriate place to ask, or is there another documented channel I should use? A link to the official verification instructions or the correct enquiry route would be appreciated.

This is a documentation/routing question, not a vulnerability report or a claim that a signature is invalid.
