Roadmap: better current-thread or current-project detection #6

PulseMeter currently estimates project usage from local Codex metadata, but exact current Codex Desktop thread detection is not implemented.

Goal:

• Investigate whether current-thread detection can be done locally and safely.
• Avoid UI scraping, OCR, or reading Codex message text.
• Keep privacy boundaries documented.

Acceptance criteria:

• Feasibility note explains what data source would be used.
• If implemented, the UI makes clear when current-thread/project attribution is exact vs estimated.
• Tests cover fallback behavior when the signal is unavailable.
