   Hi ohlaris,
   I have transferred your issue to the KNOSSOS repository.
   With the release version of KNOSSOS you are able to load .ply files, the format is specified here.
   Direct editing of the mesh is not possible, however in the nightly version you can generate meshes from segmentation data which is editable.
