fix(deps): remove deprecated @angular/animations - #151

Drop the direct @angular/animations dependency and the demo's BrowserAnimationsModule. Angular Material 22 animates overlays with CSS, so the legacy animation engine is no longer needed. StackBlitz exports no longer add BrowserAnimationsModule or @angular/animations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
