Make Postgresql connection string support managed identity #543

Hello, Jon,
Just wonder if the current version (postgresql) supports managed identity. We use the package extensively, but our security policy askes us to use Azure managed identity authenticate to Azure Postgresql flexible server.

it uses the npgsql library. whatever it supports just passes through. if you can get an npgsql connection to auth the way you want, you can just wrap that.
