The 9.2.0 release never reached PyPI (#714): the upload rejected the long description because README.rst contains Sphinx-only directives, and nothing caught it before the tag. #725 fixed the description; build the sdist and wheel on every pull request and run twine check --strict, the same validation PyPI applies, as part of ci-gate so it cannot regress.
