When reviewing PR, mark chunks of code (not just whole files) as reviewed and hide them.

Sometimes, in complex large PRs, you have many added and deleted lines in just one file and it gets hard to keep track of which lines have been reviewed already.

Currently, we can only mark whole files as reviewed. It would be nice to be able to select chunks of code and mark them as reviewed (and hide them from the diff).
