ci(dogfood): include .kyaml files in the dogfood gate's file scans - #246

#236 added the repo's first .kyaml file (the example attack profile), but the dogfood gate selected config files only by toml/yaml/yml/json. So the KYAML profile dropped out of the config inventory, the invisible-character (empty-linter) scan, and the VeriSimDB-integration probe, all of which covered its .yaml predecessor. Add *.kyaml to all three selectors. Raised by Codex review on #236. Checked: the edited inventory find now lists profiles/attack-profile.example.kyaml; actionlint v1.7.7 is clean on the workflow, as it was before. This file mirrors rsr-template-repo's dogfood-gate.yml; the same change belongs in the template so other repos pick it up.
