Something I'm not sure if we've considered: we should acquire long power strips and extension cords to power everyone's laptops. Has this already been taken care of?
Oh this is actually important. Maybe when they setup the wifi they would
setup the cords too?

if we are using the long strip tables in the LSC lobby, they all have power
ports embedded in the tables. It's only one of the lobbies tho so I don't
know which one we booked

@ababaian FYI MSFHR offered to provide us with pens, including postcards about their funding programs, for our event. I'm pending confirmation on the number of pens they can send us.
And for the sponsor that will visit hackseq, she is Agnes Baross from Genome BC (not MSFHR that I mentioned before - my bad for the mistake!)

smaslova commentedon Oct 10, 2018
@imasianxd you can come pick up the coffee with me on Friday and pay for all of it then. It's from the Starbucks across the street
