- when should we extend and how long to extend to
- Are we okay with off site team leaders?
- should we prioritize team choice based on location for these?
- recruit from Biotech companies - ask Venus about StemCell
- send personal email to bioinformatics profs - Baraa
- ask CDC - Kristen, Justin
- Task for everyone: ask people we know who might be interested to be a team leader
- mailing list - Baraa to resend out emails as a reminder for team lead
- Jenny - to email Cheryl to see where Medical Genetics ad went
- meet with team leads personally, get a better idea of the project

Hi all, so sorry I am unable to use the when2meet...
I will make sure to make myself available for any of the evenings we meet, my preference will be to meet at BCCRC or UBC if at all possible but up to majority....

I will have to miss the next meeting again (out of town from May 5th to 26th). Apologies for the absence and delay, I should be able to start sending out sponsorship emails once the draft is updated!

I know I said deadline for voting on a date for availability was April 22nd, but given only 4 people who voted, I'm going to leave it for another day. If you can't attend at all, can you post here just so I have an idea of who's seen this and who hasn't? Thanks muchly!!

@ababaian heya! any chance the room has been confirmed? I can show up early before the building is locked/have someone let me in so its not a huge issue.
