[BUG] posts are losing own heart after reload #412
Description
When you liked a picture and to click on the hashtag of a post, it will show the same post again, but the heart is not filled out (white the summary of the likes is correct)
Liking the picture and reloading the search is removing it again.

The Pixelfed API does not return the liked state on the hashtag timeline, so we can't show if it is liked.
