Drop transaction-based profiler #5094

Description
We should drop transaction/trace-based profiler in v9, as afaik span-first does not support it.
This would include
- dropping
options.setProfilesSampleRate(), as continuous profiling is controlled byoptions.setProfileSessionSampleRate() - dropping the old profiler as well as the
isEnableLegacyProfilingoption

Just to clarify, are we talking about Androids older profiler?
I'd assume we'll be able to still make the continuous profilers TRACE mode work based on root spans.

This is the new stuff.
We have two profiling formats, Sample Format V1 and Sample Format V2.
When an SDK ships Span First, we have to remove support for v1, as it indeed will no longer work.
