Hi Mykhailo,

I'm Adam Crain from Step Function I/O, the folks behind the dnp3 Rust crate that dnp3_plugin is built on. First, thank you for the licensing note in your README. Spelling out that our library is non-commercial and that people need a license before shipping is exactly what we'd hope for, and it's clear you went out of your way to get it right. The plugin itself looks great.

I'm writing about the dnp3-native-prebuilt.zip attached to releases v0.3.0, v0.3.1 and v0.3.2. The libraries in it have our library compiled in. Our license doesn't allow redistribution, in source or compiled form, and that includes prebuilt binaries. I'm sure this was unintentional, since shipping prebuilt native libraries is the normal way to spare Flutter users a Rust toolchain. We're applying this consistently across the ecosystem and contacting everyone who publishes builds that include the library. Your use is about as well-intentioned as it gets, and I'm sorry it gets caught up in this, but we can't make exceptions without undermining the cases that matter.

So we do need the zips removed from those releases and not attached to new ones. That said, there's no need to break anything overnight. What would a reasonable transition look like on your end, ideally within the next few weeks? The pub.dev package is fine as it is: it ships only your source and builds against our crate from crates.io, so each user gets it under its license directly.

Thanks again, and I appreciate you working with us on this. If DNP3 ever ends up in something commercial on your side, we'd be glad to talk.
