    @absolutegar

    Could you clarify what the error message is when you attempt to run the script? It would also be helpful to know which specific functions you are calling in the reproduction steps.

    @20csm2k25-netizen

    Clarify the error message that you get while you run the script ?

  3. zeniatison commented on Aug 18, 2026

    @zeniatison

    What error message do you see when running the script, specifically after executing the function in the reproduction steps?

    @K5BySaUdTH4K

    Please provide the output of pip freeze so I can verify if your installed package versions are causing a dependency conflict during the execution of the main function.

    @edinakama

    Please provide the specific traceback encountered when the script fails, as knowing whether this is an ImportError versus a runtime exception during the function execution will determine if the issue lies in the environment dependencies or the core logic.

    @darnellaakaisha26

    Given that the current reproduction steps are empty, could you specify which function within the script is triggering the failure when you reach step 2? Without knowing the specific entry point or the intended use case, it is impossible to determine if the logic is failing during initialization or during data processing.

    @ronniromeo26

    To help isolate the scope of this failure, please specify if the error occurs during the initial authentication handshake or while processing the media payload within the script. If you are seeing a specific exit code or signal when the script crashes, including that will clarify if this is a network timeout or a local memory overflow.

    @naeemgwendlyn26

    Please confirm if the script executes snapchat.initialize() before the crash occurs, as this will clarify if the failure is triggered by the initial handshake or a subsequent API call.
