… command reference Pages for running an AI coding agent from a Flox environment with flox agent: the harness, agent plugins and sandboxes, a quickstart with Claude Code and the frontend-design plugin, guides for packaging a skill repository, auditing a plugin and launching in a sandbox, and reference pages for list, launch, import, audit and check-plugin. Navigation is added separately.
Option B for placing the AI agent pages: a fourth top-level tab, before Changelog, grouped as Get started, Guides and Command reference. llms.txt regenerated from the new navigation.
