This PR describes the Flox CLI as it behaves once the flox/flox PRs below are released. Merge it only after the Flox release that ships all of them.

Open questions

1. Release scope. If a release ships only some of these PRs, trim this PR to match.
2. DO_NOT_TRACK rules. The page follows feat(telemetry): honor DO_NOT_TRACK flox#4757 as written: DO_NOT_TRACK overrides FLOX_DISABLE_METRICS=false and disable_metrics = false, and every value except an empty value, 0 and false turns telemetry off. If feat(telemetry): honor DO_NOT_TRACK flox#4757 changes either rule, update this PR.
3. DO_NOT_TRACK example value. The page uses DO_NOT_TRACK=1, the cross-tool convention. The man pages and notice in feat(telemetry): honor DO_NOT_TRACK flox#4757 use DO_NOT_TRACK=true. Pick one.
4. Hostname from earlier releases. The error-report section says that earlier Flox releases also send your computer's hostname, because Sentry keeps those reports for a while. If maintainers want no mention of earlier releases, remove the sentence.
