Integrate Evo UI with selectable manager themes and migrate System Info in 3.6 #2515

Open

Description

@Dmi3yy

Goal

Integrate evolution-cms/evo-ui as a core Composer dependency in 3.6.x, with System Info (action 53) as the first small native Evo UI screen. Keep the existing manager usable and selectable throughout the migration.

Design

  • Keep default as the existing interface and default selection.
  • Add an opt-in evo-ui manager theme through the existing theme selector. Override only System Info; reuse the existing controller, settings permission, data and CSRF-protected OPcache operation.
  • Reuse the current shell, document tree and remaining screens. Keep Evo UI assets scoped to the new iframe page; do not load a second Alpine/Livewire runtime into legacy pages.
  • Reuse default theme assets and snippets rather than duplicating the manager tree. Switching back must restore the original System Info view.
  • Audit the tracked manager/ tree, its responsibilities and extraction risks. Document a practical package boundary; moving the whole manager into vendor is outside this first slice.

Acceptance

  • Released Evo UI version locked through core Composer; reproducible install/discovery and production assets verified.
  • Both themes selectable; existing interface remains the default; new theme falls back to existing screens without duplicated assets.
  • System Info renders with public Evo UI components/layout, the same data and permission checks, safe escaping and working existing links.
  • Tests cover view selection, theme switching/fallback, denied access and the conditional OPcache reset CSRF contract.
  • One isolated installation/database/lock is exercised sequentially on Portable PHP 8.4, 8.5, 8.6 RC with E_ALL and Tracy. No platform requirement ignores.
  • Pest, PHPStan, relevant JavaScript/browser scenarios and production --no-dev smoke checked; actual skips and untested integrations documented.
  • Manager inventory and package-boundary recommendation documented.

Base: merged Laravel 13 upgrade #2514 / #2473. This issue does not migrate the rest of the manager, rewrite the tree, move the manager directory or adapt third-party extras.
