chore: remove unused jaxb dependencies - #2317

javax.xml.bind:jaxb-api and com.sun.xml.bind:jaxb-impl are not referenced anywhere in the server. They were left behind when the Jackson JAXB annotations module was dropped in the Spring Boot 4 upgrade. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

compileJava,compileTestJava, and the ExtensionProcessor, Sitemap and XmlUtil tests pass. The Testcontainers-based tests were not run (no container runtime available), so CI is the check for those.No changelog entry: no behaviour change.
