fix: bump tika to 3.3.2 - #2240

CVE-2026-66755 is a path-traversal bug in Tika's ISA-Tab parser (tika-parser-scientific-module), fixed in 3.3.2. The server only depends on tika-core for MIME-type detection, not the vulnerable parser module, so it was not actually exploitable here - bumping anyway to stay ahead of the advisory and out of the flagged range.
