Split out of #266 (Devcontainer update). The MAIA and JAX getting-started examples import these (train_sb3_maia.py, kolmogorov.ipynb) but `pip install hydrogym[maia]` / `hydrogym[jax]` did not pull them in, so the devcontainer's per-solver venvs could not run the examples. uv.lock regenerated with uv 0.12.5.
