I Also Have This Problem On My Mac 15.1, Error Message is same
baronfel commentedon Sep 30, 2024
Since this is an unable to spawn CoreCLR error I will transfer to runtime.
baronfel commentedon May 15, 2025
The next steps the runtime team would probably need to diagnose this is a corehost trace logging what the runtime was attempting to load.

The app that I am working on is also experiencing this issue. I've sent the trace to @agocke and provided more info to him offline.

@joye1230 @thinhunan @Stardito can you check the entitlements of your app executable?
@jtschuster investigated @fanyang-mono's repro which ended up being due to missing entitlements:
The workaround would be to explicitly re-add the entitlements.
