Notes
The test intermittently fails when verifying that a file produced via task output is embedded in the binary log. The embedded-files list is empty, suggesting the task output file was not created/flushed before the log was finalized (Linux/net10.0 only).
Fix guidance
Preferred fix: ensure the task output file is fully written and flushed before the binary logger finalizes, or add a synchronization point in the test.
Fallback: quarantine via [ActiveIssue("https://github.com/dotnet/msbuild/issues/NNNN")] from Microsoft.DotNet.XUnitV3Extensions (namespace Xunit) — not[Fact(Skip=...)].
