Bad HTTP-version maps to 505 in C# but 400 in the C core #71

Severity: Low — 2026-10-30 security review

C# throws 505 (src/Glyph11/Parser/UltraHardened/UltraHardenedParser.FullHeader.ROM.cs:99); the C core maps ERR_VERSION to 400 (core/src/glyph11.c:47-48). Divergence between the implementations that are supposed to be kept in lock-step.

Fix: agree on one mapping (505 for a well-formed but unsupported version, 400 for a malformed one — the same rule on both sides).
