Add Summary-first diagnostics to Details and Host, with shared JSON evidence:
ato show empty queues; internal IDs stay in Details. No new runtime dependencies or helpers. WFP, DropTap, PFLOG and connection-level reasoned-drop correlation remain deferred. Native scans remain best effort under rapid socket reuse.
Validation: latest UI update passes 1,345 macOS tests (3 ignored), formatting, Clippy, audit and release build. Earlier native CI covered Linux capability dropping and nonzero retransmissions, macOS Seatbelt, FreeBSD ordinary-user queues, and Windows x86/x64 elevated/standard-user behavior. CI for the latest update is pending.
FreeBSD CI extension: domcyrus/rustnet-bsd#34
Related: #680 and #246. Supersedes #678.
