feat: Make trufflehog check advisory and comment findings on PR - #43

Conversation
Trufflehog has been reporting many false positives since it was re-enabled. This makes the trufflehog step non-blocking and reports findings as a formatted PR comment instead, while we look into reducing noise or alternatives. The check now collects all findings (deduplicated) rather than stopping at the first one, and writes a markdown table with detector, location, commit and verification status. Raw secret values are never included. A single comment is created and then updated in place on later pushes. https://app.devrev.ai/devrev/issue/SECOP-241 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
