fix: Ignore trufflehog findings in go.sum files - #41

This commit makes the trufflehog check report findings without failing the job again, since false positives such as findings in go.sum files currently block unrelated pull requests. https://app.devrev.ai/devrev/issue/FORGE-687

This commit adds an exclusion for trufflehog checks in go.sum files, since some hashes look like secrets to scanners.
