Description

Update the lockfile from qs 6.16.1 to 6.16.2 within the existing Express/body-parser ranges (CVE-2026-110910). Also update follow-redirects 1.16.0 to 1.16.2 for Axios callers, fixing CVE-2026-116689 and the two older redirect advisories.

How to test

From code/, npm ci, npm run build, npm run lint, and npm test -- --runInBand pass under Node 22 (3 tests). Fresh Snyk dependency scans including development dependencies at 40baf1cbcd7f79f6e1e7bf3a240cd9af441b6c05 confirm all four targeted advisory IDs are absent with no new dependency advisory IDs. Fresh Snyk Code scans use a separate checkout of the same commit.

Seven dependency advisories remain in development tooling. This overlaps #102 on the redirect lock entry: its 1.16.1 patch does not cover the new 1.16.2 advisory; retain 1.16.2 when resolving any conflict. Snyk Code findings are unchanged (three low). A local-runner redaction investigation did not clear the Code finding and is deferred; no source-code mitigation is claimed.

Checklist

  • Existing tests ran; lockfile patches require no additional tests.
  • Ran build and lint.
  • Included How to test.
