Added Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) Statistical Area Level 4 (ABSStatisticalAreaLevel4) and Level 3 (ABSStatisticalAreaLevel3) places to the place recognition index. This enables geographical resolution of statistical data at both the ASGS Edition 3 SA4 and SA3 levels.
