dart-fix-runtime-errors is internally inconsistent

• Frontmatter description promises MCP runtime stack-trace + hot reload (get_runtime_errors, hot_reload).
• Body/H1 is about static analysis (“Resolving Dart Static Analysis Errors”) and duplicates the dart-run-static-analysis workflow.
• Also, those MCP terms appear only in the description, not in the instructions.
• This won’t break loading, but it will mis-route the agent into the wrong workflow when you ask for runtime crash help.

Typo

• dart-collect-coverage description has “packge” → “package”.

Recommended next edits (optional but high-value)

• Fix dart-fix-runtime-errors: either
  • rename/repurpose it to static analysis (and drop the MCP runtime claim), or
  • rewrite the body to actually cover runtime error capture + hot reload via your Dart/Flutter MCP tooling.
• Fix the typo in dart-collect-coverage description.
