Switches NuGet publishing from API key to Trusted Publishing (OIDC).

After the first successful publish: delete NUGET_TOKEN and revoke the old API key on nuget.org.

Bump dailydevops/pipelines to 2.6.0 and grant id-token: write so the
publish job authenticates via NuGet/login (NUGET_USER org secret)
instead of a long-lived API key.
