I have an idea!

CREATE TABLE Customers
(
  Age INT DEFAULT 18 CHECK(Age >0 AND Age < 100),
)

Or

CREATE TABLE Customers
(
    Age INT DEFAULT 18,
    CHECK((Age >0 AND Age<100) AND (Email !='') AND (Phone !=''))
);
