[5.x]: Entry type groups missing from actions menu #17594

What happened?
Description
Currently, all entry types are listed without the group headings in a block's actions menu (to add a new block above).
Steps to reproduce
- Create a Matrix field with two entry type groups.
- Edit an entry, create a Matrix block, and then click on its actions menu.
Expected behavior
All group headings are also visible in the actions menu, like in the create discloure menu:

All entry types are listed ungrouped:

Thanks for reporting that! Craft 5.8.6 is out with a fix (11c7f6a).

I've upgraded to 5.8.6, but I still don't see the group headings in the action menu?

Apologies, I should have read the report more closely. I assumed it was a duplicate of #17581.
