0.7.7 - Loading dependencies in VS Code does not honor ~/.fhir/fhir-settings.json #106

I have a custom FHIR registry entry in ~/.fhir/fhir-settings.json, e.g.:

When I clear my ~/.fhir/packages, then launch VS Code, the dependencies are downloaded from the public registry and not the one specified in fhir settings.
