Dismantle remaining requirements tables #5992

Previous work: #4460, #5327.

We have a new style now for presenting requirements. We have already converted several large erstwhile requirement tables to the new format (e.g. container requirements). However, a number of small requirement tables remain, and they should be converted, too.
