fix: regenerate lock file to resolve Snyk vulnerabilities

Problem
Snyk reports 17 findings (8 high, 9 medium) on the committed lock file, mostly axios, qs and dompurify.

Fix
APP: the lock file is the deliverable. Regenerating package-lock.json cleared all 17 with no package.json range changes.
Package version 0.1.2 -> 0.1.3. No overrides added.

What remains

• npm audit: js-yaml 4.3.1 (high) via @eslint/eslintrc; the repo's own override pins js-yaml to 4.3.1. Not a Snyk finding.

Verification: Snyk 17 -> 0, npm audit 9 -> 2; build passes.
