Move from csh-cloud.oweb.co to csh-dokku.coderit.org #655

Or csh-dokku.brickhack.io - just simply off of oweb.co
Requires updating (in rough order):
- New CloudFlare record
- VM hostname
- Dokku root domain
- Dokku domains for existing apps
- Change CNAME that brickhack.io and www.brickhack.io point to

@dquach217 I was thinking this would be a good onboarding task for the next person that joins, since it would involve several different systems (cloudflare, VM, dokku)
