add "parameter" to docstring (as for clojure fn) #283

Closed

Description

@behrica

we get the docstring for python fn, but the "parameters" are not renderd "in first position", (as we have it fr clojure fn)
The come in a later "parameters" block.

we should have as well the "function signature" in first position of the docstring

    I guess it only equires here:

    (alter-meta! #'~varname assoc :doc (get-attr ~'var-data "__doc__"))

    to add "arglist" metadata. I believe we have a way to obtain this

    this worked in a quick test:

      (def inspect (py/import-module "inspect"))
      (py/py. inspect signature roc_auc_score)

      ;;=> (y_true, y_score, *, average='macro', sample_weight=None, max_fpr=None, multi_class='raise', labels=None)
