…veSeriesLimit Regenerate the swagger clients, models, and CLI bindings from the latest public API specs. CommandCenterGroup is promoted from the unstable API to v1, and the new MetricNameDefaultActiveSeriesLimit singleton gets its own commands; both CLI command sets are generated automatically.

Regenerates the clients and CLI bindings from the current public API spec. CommandCenterGroup is promoted from the unstable API to v1 and gains the
command-center-groupscommands; the unstable client for it is removed, which is a breaking change for library consumers. The new v1 MetricNameDefaultActiveSeriesLimit singleton gets themetric-name-default-active-series-limitcommands.The sync also adds
custom_subdomainto the v1 ExternalConnection Datadog config, aUSERcollection reference type, amatches_serieslist filter (and--matches-seriesflag) on drop rules and rollup rules, and a library-onlystarted_atfield on unstable monitor status signal statuses, along with documentation-only updates. No hand-written code changed; the CHANGELOG has an entry per change.
