The iPhone app icon was the full-body Tater sprite; the owner wants the Plannotator face mark. This replaces
AppIcon.pngwith the face on white. Assets only, no code changes. What changed
apps/ios/Plannotator/Assets.xcassets/AppIcon.appiconset/AppIcon.png: new 1024x1024 opaque PNG (no alpha). The face is centered and fills 80 percent of the square (819x778 px). Plain white#FFFFFFbackground, no shadow, no rounded corners (iOS masks them).Contents.jsonis unchanged.Tater.imageset(UI art on the Inbox tab) andWorkspacesIcon.imageset(the Workspaces row in Settings and the Inbox). Neither is the app's own icon.Source and upscale
apps/marketing/public/favicon.png, 256x256 RGBA. It is the only copy of the face in the repo. The face was trimmed to its alpha bounds (242x230), upscaled about 3.4x with Lanczos3 (sharp, run from a temp folder and not added to the repo), then given a light unsharp mask (sigma 1.2) and composited onto white.Proofs
