Description

Adds a unit test verifying that NewParser in packages/multi-parser falls back to ParserV3 when an unrecognized major version (e.g., 999) is passed.

Motivation

Verifies the switch fallback behavior in parse.ts ensuring consumer predictability when non-standard versions are provided.

Related issue(s)

None — standalone unit test coverage addition for the multi-parser package.
