Update FAQ page #221

FEATURE REQUEST
- Please describe the feature you are requesting.
The FAQ page is still empty. We should either update the FAQ page or just delete it. Since distributedlog has been merged as a subproject of bookkeeper, it would be good to update the FAQ page rather than deleting it.
- Indicate the importance of this issue to you (blocker, must-have, should-have, nice-to-have). Are you currently using any workarounds to address this issue?
