Support native cumulative rows windows for MIN, MAX and COUNT #2574

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

MIN, MAX and COUNT windows fall back to Spark because native window conversion does not handle their AggregateExpression wrapper. This prevents cumulative rows windows from using the existing native implementations.

Enable native min/max/count for cumulative rows windows.
