Add Helm Chart tasks to migration guide for Airflow 3.0 #57519

It would be good to also add Helm Chart action items/todos to migration guide.
The thing that immediately jumps into my mind is that the configs below webserver in values file need to be renamed to api-server.
Use case/motivation
Make it easier for users of the Helm chart to migrate to Airflow 3
