Translate the task-submission summary notification and pluralize its task count. Keep the tool name and worker-provided detail text unchanged.
Validation: Evaluated the actual summary expression for 0/1/2 tasks in English and French; rendered persisted notifications in the portal browser. No processing tasks were submitted.
Tested on the isolated local Apple-container deployment (Ruby 2.7.8 / Rails 5.0.7.2), composing these fixes with the existing i18n PRs including #1677. This branch is independently based on
aces:dev; fixtures and screenshots remain outside the repository. Ruby syntax/translation rendering andgit diff --checkpassed where applicable.Addresses the corresponding concrete finding in #1690; relates to #1660. This does not claim complete translation coverage of external plugins or all CBRAIN code.
