DOC: Document workflow between ScanCode.io and DejaCode #606
Description
We currently have tutorial documentation - Tutorial 4 - Import Scan Results into a Product - describing how to import a scan into DejaCode as a one-time operation, but we are missing documentation for how to use ScanCode.io and DejaCode together as a compliance solution.
What type of documentation would you like?
This would most likely be Reference documentation but at more conceptual level than most of the other current Reference documentation.
The benefit is to help people understand the synergy between the projects by describing a complete compliance workflow.

@tdruez This is an outstanding overview. I especially like the diagram and how you use it to keep the doc succinct.
The only suggestion is that the link name "documentation home" at the end of the following sentence is mildly confusing because the reader is already on this site.
"This page covers how the two work together. For everything else that DejaCode does, such as the License Library, Workflow Requests, and Reporting, see the documentation home."
Perhaps change it to "Dejacode documentation index"
