Add Tutorials List To Resources Section Of Docs #22
Description
I love the recent expansion of the resources section of the documentation. I'd love to see a list of tutorials there. The sad thing is I can only think of two tutorials:
- http://themergency.com/wordpress-rest-api/
- http://apppresser.com/using-wordpress-rest-api-mobile-app/
There is also Tom McFarlin's Tuts+ on the HTTP API, which is relevant for use of the REST API inside WordPress.
Before I submit a pull request I'd like to know if anyone has any other tutorials to add to the list.

@pollyplummer Thanks for merging #27. #26 is another PR with a link to a tutorial (an excellent one by Carl Alexander) that went unmerged--probably because my original PR referenced the wrong issue. Can you merge that one too please?

There are merge conflicts with that request. Do you mind resolving that and I'll go ahead and get it merged? Sorry I didn't see that request before.

@pollyplummer It's my fault that you didn't see it, since I originally referenced the wrong issue. I'm going to close #26 and make a new PR.

I can't figure out why, but the tutorials added in #27 are not rendering properly at http://wp-api.org/resources.html#tutorials They look fine in Github.
