Problem
AGENTS.md points authenticated testing at notes/test-accounts.md, which is absent on v2.
Change
Point the existing link at apps/hosted/testing/cli.ts, the shared test-account entry point for self-host, Cloud development and running test stages. The surrounding fixture guidance is unchanged.
Scope
Standalone correction to a broken documentation link. The diff changes only the test-accounts line.
The coding-style and project-orientation links also point at non-public notes, notes/coding-style.md and notes/project-orientation.md. No moved public copies were found on current v2. Those two lines remain unchanged pending public equivalents.
Verification
Checked current v2 at fbf2f0b. The shared CLI exists and handles both hosts and running stages; the old test-accounts note and the two required guide notes are absent. AGENTS.md and the CLI are unchanged since this PR's base. oxfmt 0.68.0 --check AGENTS.md and git diff --check passed for the unchanged patch. No runtime checks were run.
