Password-created owners had no UI path to link an SSO identity. The linking endpoint already existed. This adds a Connect SSO button that starts the same authenticated flow.

@RhysSullivan Added a Connect SSO button on the self-host Security page. It uses the existing /api/auth/link-social endpoint that the console workaround already proved works. Self-host only. No auth server changes. Verification protection is unchanged. |

Fixes #2291
A password-created owner had no UI path to connect an SSO identity. Explicit linking already worked through
/api/auth/link-social(the console workaround in the issue), but the Security page only showed the password form. This adds a Connect SSO card on the self-host Security page. The button calls the existing endpoint with
provider: "sso"and redirects to the returned URL. No auth server changes. The verification protection is unchanged.Self-host only. Cloud Security page is untouched.
