Expo installation #1813

Issue Summary

Hello there. Well, i have a mobil app project, and need to work with node.js and react native. i choose the expo approach. i installed node and verified it (node -v) all is good, however when i run npx create-expo-app@latest Myproject. i get the following error.
note: i desinstalled sqlite3, still the same error. i also changed the enviroment variables...
